Training Insights, Inc. specializes in instructional design services for skills-based training. Clients seek us out for our soft skills (sales training, communication skills, management, customer service and presentation skills, etc.) expertise. Our staff consists of professionals with sales and management experience and advanced degrees. We leverage our experience and insights to help clients improve performance and get results.   

We help clients meet their business goals by implementing results-oriented training programs. With our fresh ideas and our 'roll up our sleeves' attitude, we provide our insights to produce successful programs and improved performance.

We are a woman-owned consulting firm that specializes in custom training programs and performance improvement.

We have provided our Instructional Design Insights to create successful custom programs for clients including Marriott, United Technologies, DuPont, AmeriCredit, several leading financial institutions, AT&T Wireless, Sara Lee, Beckman Coulter, Rochester Gas & Electric and Eastman Kodak.

Founder:

Susan M. Schnorr, President of Training Insights, Inc. has twenty years experience in training, sales and management with Fortune 100 companies.

She holds Mager and other certifications for designing and facilitating training. Sue graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with distinction, and holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology.

She has served as an adjunct professor in the Executive MBA program at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY and guest-lectured at the Simon Graduate School of Business, at the University of Rochester. Sue is a member of ISPI (International Society of Performance Improvement) and an advisory board member for The Salvation Army.


Team Members:

Jerry LoJocano specializes in providing performance solutions and development strategies. He focuses on helping clients increase their effectiveness at acquiring, growing and maintaining business relationships. All solutions are custom designed to meet specific client needs and achieve sustainable results.  

Jerry more than 20 years of successful sales, customer service and training experience to his clients.  His career has taken him globally delivering effective training and performance improvement solutions within a variety of industries including: Automotive, Banking/Financial Services, Consumer Products, Energy Services, Health Care, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications. He has had the privilege to work with such companies as: Amgen, American Airlines, AT&T, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Eastman Kodak, First Niagara Financial Group, Fisher-Price, Fleet Bank, M&T Bank, Merck Frosst, Monsanto, Pfizer/Pharmacia, PPG, Starbucks Coffee and Volvo Cars of North America.

As a Performance Consultant and Trainer, Jerry has worked with corporate clients developing and implementing solutions to increase sales and service effectiveness. The majority of his work over the last several years has been focused on assisting his clients with implementing new sales platforms, launching new products, competitive differentiation and sales management/ field sales force development. Many of the solutions offered include strategic as well as tactical approaches required in today’s fast-paced, highly competitive, always changing selling environment.  
 


Dorothy McKissick, Ph.D. is an instructional designer who brings to her clients an extensive background in instructional design and development, education, management, and research.

Working in a wide range of media, including classroom workshops, online programs, simulations, and video, Ms. McKissick helps organizations meet a wide range of strategic business needs.  

She holds membership in the American Sociological Society, the American Society for Training & Development, and the Association for Computing Machinery.
